JPPS Elementary School Admissions

APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION

Please complete the attached forms and bring them to the Executive Office (6502 Kildare Road, Cote St. Luc) in person no later than Friday, November 12, 2010. A registration fee/deposit of $200 must accompany the application, and a fee of $50 must accompany the Admission form. The fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The fee/deposit will be applied against 2011–2012 school fees for successful applicants.

Please include the following documents with your application:

  • Full-sized birth certificate (this will be copied while you wait and returned to you immediately).
  • Please complete 1A short form.

In certain cases, the administration may request an interview with the applicant and parents.

FEES

A copy of the current 2010-2011 Fee Schedule is included in the package. The school fees for 2011-2012 will be set by the Board of Directors, on recommendation of the Finance Committee, in the spring of 2011. All fees are subject to change.

Tuition Assistance Program: The academic admissions process and the Fee Assistance Program are entirely separate.
